12. Client Service Engagements

These Terms govern use of this website only. They do not govern the actual operational services, staffing, or CRM/automation work Law Firm Scalers provides to attorney clients. Those engagements — including scope, term, pricing, ownership of deliverables, and termination — are governed exclusively by a separate, individually signed Master Service Agreement or Statement of Work between Law Firm Scalers and the client, which takes precedence over this page in the event of any conflict.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
